A stroke is sometimes called a ¨Brain Attack.¨ This is because a stroke is a brain problem. A stroke occurs when a blood clot stops the blood flow from your brain even for just a second. A stroke can permanently damage a person's brain causing it to function wrong forever. There are two types of strokes. One is a Ischemic Stroke. The other is a Hemorrhagic Stroke. The one most common in children is a Ischemic Stroke. Some signs of strokes in children is, sudden paralysis, vision problems, and memory loss. Strokes in children are usually during birth or before birth. Medicine can be taken to reduce the effects of strokes, but cannot completely remove the effects
