The Choice
“I don’t know Lila leave me alone.”
”Decide now!” my sister Lila screamed. I couldn't believe it my sister was still bothering and was still not leaving me alone.
My Dad stomped into the living room and shouted, “What are you two arguing about?”
Before Lila could say anything I said, “Lila wants to know if I am doing the laser tag party or a party at our house.”
Dad said calmly, “Lila why do you want to know what to know Owen’s answer?”
Lila whined, “I want to know just because I want to know so I know which to invite to Owen's birthday party.”
My Mom had just came in the room and the first thing she did was sit in between me and my sister. I guess she knew we were angry at each other.
Lila mumbled, “Owen can be really annoying sometimes.”
“I AM NOT ANNOYING LILA.”
“Lila leave Owen alone,” Mom said, “Owen thank you for not getting mad at your sister. “
After that I went to my room to rest and take a break from Lila. When it was dinner time Lila started asking questions AGAIN! But Dad gave her a glare and she stopped talking.
School was out on the last two days before my birthday party so that gave a lot of time for Lila to annoy me and I only had two weeks to chose! After dinner I went to bed. I woke up for breakfast and my TV shows. I watched one of my favorite shows Star Wars The Clone Wars then ate a breakfast. I was happy because Lila hadn’t even woken up yet. I spoke too soon a minute later Lila came down and sat down and said, “Well have you made up your mind yet Owen?? Is it laser tag?” she said nervously.
That is when I made that ended the choice I said, “Yes I have--it is laser tag.” Lila screamed, “NOOOOO!!”
